Incaseswhen, thefaultoftheSTOREisproven, andtheproductshippedtotheclientdoesnotcorrespondtotheproductordered (mistakewhiletakingtheorder, duringinvoicing, duringdispatchetc.) the client has the right to return the product on the same day or the following business day from its delivery. The product must be in perfect condition, must not have been used and its packaging must be intact, i.e. without having been unsealed or forced. Under these circumstances, the STORE bears the shipping costs for the product to be returned to its headquarters, as well as the shipping costs to replace the product, provided that the returned products are returned form the customer to the store via the same means and courier as the ones they received them by. In case the product is not returned on the same day or the following business day, then the STORE may not accept any returns.
In cases when, the fault of the STORE is proven, and the product shipped to the client is defective (in its function or quality) or was of poor or defective quality (damaged during shippment, etc.) the client must either not accept to receive the product from the very beginning or return the product on the same or the following business day from its delivery. In any case, the product must be returned in the same condition as the one it was in when it was received by the customer, complete and without further damage and the packaging of the product must be the one that normally accompanies the product. Under such circumstances, the STORE bears the shipping costs for the product to be returned to its headquarters, as well as the shipping costs to replace the product. In case the product is not returned on the same day or the following business day, then the STORE may not accept any returns.
Incaseswhentheproductthatwasorderedbytheclientdoesnotmeettheirdemandsandthisfactissolelyduetoanerrorinestimationonbehalfof the client, then the STORE does not bear any responsibility and is under no obligation to replace the product. Moreover, noreturnswillbeacceptedon skis that have been drilled to fit your boots. The delivery and return costs will be charged to the customer.
Ineverydistancecontracttheconsumerhastherighttowithdraw without giving any reason for his action within fourteen (14) calendar days. The deadline begins, regarding the goods, from their receipt and with regards to the services, from the receipt of the information, either via documents or via fixed means, that inform the consumer that the contract has been concluded.
Aprerequisiteforareturncoming fromawithdrawaltobeaccepted, isthattheproductitselfaswellasthepackagingmustbereturnedtothestoreintheirinitialcondition, i.e. theproduct’spackagingshould not have been forced, the product should not havebeenused, andofcoursewithoutanydamagetotheproductitselfortoitspackaging, which (thepackaging) mustbeinitsinitialcondition (as made in the factory). Otherwise, ourstorebearsnoresponsibilitytoacceptthereturnorthecredit of the product. Inthiscase, thereturnalwaystakesplaceat the expense and responsibility of the client.
